• Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, cancellations are not allowed.

• Any modifications, conversions, or compliance with local regulations in the buyer’s country are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made via bank transfer or other methods specified by Maqstrading. 

• Vehicles will only be shipped after full payment is received and confirmed.

• All bank charges must be borne by the buyer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping schedules are estimated and subject to change due to shipping company policies, port conditions, or natural events.

• Maqstrading is not responsible for delays once the vehicle has been handed over to the shipping company.

5. Liability

• Maqstrading shall not be held liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from:

  • Customs clearance issues in the buyer’s country.

  • Misuse or accident of the purchased vehicle.

  • Third-party services such as shipping, insurance, or inspection agencies.

6. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

• Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Japanese courts.
